A sanctuary for the desert
Casa Prana was built on a simple belief: wellness is a birthright, and everyone deserves a place to reconnect with themselves.
Camila Reyes
Camila created Casa Prana as a sanctuary for the Indio community to reconnect with themselves. Her journey began during a transformative ashram stay, where she discovered the profound power of breath and mindful movement.
With more than a decade of teaching across yoga, breathwork, and mat pilates — trained with masters in India and grounded in somatic practices studied in the US — she blends alignment-based asana, dynamic pilates flow, and restorative sound baths into one experience.
Beyond class, she leads breathwork-for-anxiety workshops and hosts community events that weave movement together with art and music. Her belief is simple: movement is medicine, and everyone deserves a space to explore their inner landscape.
What we believe
Wellness is a birthright
Not a luxury, not a reward. A space to explore your inner landscape belongs to everyone — and we mean everyone.
Movement is medicine
Breath, asana, pilates, and sound aren't a workout to win. They're a practice that meets you where you are.
Grounded yet ethereal
Terracotta clay, brick arches, and candlelight — a room designed to slow your nervous system the moment you walk in.
"Breathe. Move. Connect. Restore."
The whole practice, in four words
Come breathe with us.
